Join the VPLS team! We are seeking a Customer Support Center Representative to add to our Los Angeles team. This is a full-time role that rotates between three shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the first line of contact for all inbound Customer Support issues via phone, online chat, email, or through the trouble ticketing system
- Deliver appropriate action for each call or chat or ticket by answering questions, help diagnose problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and follow the companys guidelines
- Follow company procedures to analyze and assess routine client issues by utilizing the tools provided
- Document each client inquiry and resolution
- Follow up with the client after problem resolution to ensure that all issues have been resolved
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent phone skills
- Deductive reasoning skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
- 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
