Primary responsibilities include: • Qualified candidates must be advanced users with PCs, Microsoft Office, Internet, and technology • Handling Client Requests • Opening and Tracking in packages • Determining Video Formats needed for client orders • Answering phone calls • Other administrative tasks to be discussed during interview • Have FUN doing what you love to do…service the client Requirements & Skills: • Minimum two years hands-on experience • Experience in court reporting, legal field or insurance business preferred • Must be detail-oriented and accurate, ability to work well under pressure.
