As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 3 representatives and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Duties include providing customer service online, through Amazon, and over the phone.

You will document customer issues and technical issues, track actions, track resolutions and write troubleshooting steps for customers in the future.

In addition, you will collect data and details to update the Operations and Marketing departments and train representative bu auditing, monitoring and providing feedback on performance.nn nn nn nnThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a Customer Success Supervisor role dealing with a technical product, consumer electronic or SaaS.

Experience working in software, tech or consumer electronics is required.

CRM experience, preferably HubSpot, Zendesk or Salesforce is a must.nn nn nn nnThis is a remote, temporary position.

Hours are 8:30 -5:30PM, Monday

– Answering Inbound Calls experiencenn nn nn nn
– 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desirednn nn nn nn
– Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customersnn nn nn nn
– Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independentlynn nn nn nn
– Customer service and office administrative skillsnn nn nn nn
– Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasksnn nn nn nn
– Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiriesnn nn nn nn
– Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skillsnn nn nn nn
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.

ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightlynn nn nn nn
– Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skillsnn nn nn nn
