Customer Service Specialist

Overview: BlueWater Federal is looking for an entry-level Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Responsibilities: Assist and develop the circuit requirement during the Order Entry phase of the Provisioning Process.Enter and update configuration and administrative changes in the configuration management databases.Liaise with the DISA Storefront Tier II/III team, NOCs, DISA Global Team, and OSS in resolving mission partner issues.Provide and ensure technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control with all DISA standards.Support senior staff as required and ensure customer requirements and project milestones are met.

Qualifications: 2 years of general experience is required; IT background is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAny exposure to Network Provisioning including WWOLS, MSS, DISA Storefront is preferredSmartSheet and Telecommunication Service Request (TSR) order preparation experience also preferredMust have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one At BlueWater Federal Solutions, a Tetra Tech company, health and safety play a vital role in our success.
