Competitive Customer Service Representative

Alpha Group is looking for both entry level and experienced customer service representatives to grow with our firm.

We are looking for a full-time employee who will provide customer service and customer support to the organization. This position will initiate and/or implement sales support action items as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained. Full training is provided in learning a product line to inform, assist and educate customers on how products work. All candidates must be well-spoken and able to present themselves to others in a professional manner.


We offer Full-Time positions, and we offer comprehensive, one-on-one training.

It is our goal to find entry level candidates that enjoy a fast-paced environment and face-to-face customer interaction. We will train these candidates to become the best at what we do.
