Here, you will make an impact by:/n Acts as the primary liaison with 3M customers/n Communicates clearly and professionally with 3M personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence/n Educates and informs the customer of various processes and directs customers to appropriate resources/n Develops and leads improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools/n Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries.
Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues/n Resolves non-routine and difficult customer complaints and ensures response to product and service inquiries
– Has knowledge and understanding of the current processing systems and can provide service to internal and external customers/n Handles internal and external inquiries, claims and complaints; interprets policies and regulations, investigates problems; and communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions/n Improves customer satisfaction by identifying patterns of problems and barriers to solutions.
Provides insight to resolve problems/n Participates in and maintains a quality service culture within the Customer Account Management Team/nYour Skills and Expertise/xc2/xa0/nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:/n Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution/n One (1) combined year of experience engaging, servicing or selling to customers, clients, and/or a direct experience in a 3M Customer Services role in a private, public, government or military environment/nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:/n SAP system experience is preferred/n Knowledge or experience within Customer Services role and responsibilities/n Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred/n Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems/n Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others/n Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills/n Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion/n Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges/n Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines/nLocation:/xc2/xa0 Remote may be an option/nSchedule: Monday to Friday /xe2/x80/x93 7 am to 6 pm (8-hour shift within that time block)/nTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/nRelocation Assistance: Is not authorized/nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)./nSupporting Your Well-being/xc2/xa0/n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life /xe2/x80/x93 both physically and financially.
