Customer Service Representative II

Job DescriptionWhat will you do Performs tasks required to execute, and fully process daily orders meeting designated cutoff times.

Coordinates communication between IT, and Order Entry manager, to rectify system errors and order processing delays.

Provide system model maintenance.

How will you do it Reconcile orders invoiced in OPS not in MacPac Reconcile Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) invoice failures Invoice miscellaneous orders Reconcile open order report and invoice posting errors Process credit requests and change orders Process RMA and rework orders Run and review daily reports to proactively ensure orders shipped on time Complete basic order entry of customers purchase orders Process Batch orders from EDGE Setup new customers in OPS system Work with Sales and Engineering as required to communicate customer requests, problems, or needs as they arise Communicate effectively, and professionally with plant, and headquarter personnel regarding order inquiries Provide support to managers by communicating existing, and updated QA processes, and procedures as needed.

Develop key documents, including work instructions Be an advocate for change for further advancements in technologies and applications that will reduce our overall costs Analyze and draw conclusions based on less-than-complete data Actively identify and documents new solution approaches, and support other members of the team in exchanging knowledge, and best practices Communicate with the IT management team to keep them apprised of system issues, and seek their consultation for improvements when necessary Work with IT to improve system reliability and efficiency Perform OPS and MacPac model maintenance Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance of all order entry applications to ensure that delegated tasks are done accurately and on-time.

Effectively communicate the status of projects to management as required What we look for High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associates Degree preferred Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time Proficient with ongoing follow-up and follow through Great organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in all MS office programs Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting Critical thinking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels
