Customer Support Order Specialist

Overview: The Customer Support Order Specialist position has primary responsibility for managing the workflow of customer orders through the company’s fulfillment process.

This workflow includes order review and quote reconcilement; customer coordination and acknowledgment; structuring the order in the company’s business system to create Sales Orders and facilitate MRP and shipments; working with program managers and other company functions to assist in order execution, invoicing and documentation and all other actions necessary to facilitate a timely and efficient interaction with the customer.

This position will work closely with and coordinate order activity with the company’s Order Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Include the following and other duties as assigned.Order review, acknowledgement, and routingOrder entry and sales order creationLiaison with the customer on any issue or needed interactionsManaging invoice milestones and issuing invoicesManaging the tracking of unspent fundsManagement ReportingCreating RMAs, processing shipments, and other administrative tasksThis position may require occasional domestic travel.Required Skills: Ability to:Work independently in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate well with customersWork in a matrix organization with other functionsSuperb attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsCapable of handling a high volume of requests with accuracy and in a timely mannerExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) skillsProficient in Acrobat Adobe ProfessionalDesirable skills: Financial skillsDeltek Costpoint experienceExperience Level:2-5 yearsEducation Level:Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fieldLocation:Greater Atlanta Area (Suwanee, GA)NSI-MI Technologies is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
