All of our customers come to us through our app and our website, we do not make any cold calls.

As their first point of contact, you will act as Jerry’s brand ambassador and deliver a world-class experience for each of our customers.

Requirements
Experience providing stellar customer service experience; prior experience with insurance is an asset
An extremely positive attitude and a drive to ensure customer satisfaction
Exceptional communication skills and ability to summarize information clearly
High empathy; willingness to understand and help others
Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities without missing a beat
Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
