Client Service Representative

Description: Independent insurance adjusters claims office.Call-In Unit; heavy calls out volume, , the position is NOT doing sales but building communication lines and assisting clients.Marketing to existing clients to revenue continued use and increase assignments. Responsibilities· Implementation of marketing plans, following instruction and fulfilling goals.· Provide service support in order to establish proper channels of communications.· Integrity- Job requires being honest and ethical.· Achievement/effort- Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort towards mastering task and increasing business.· Dependable- Job requires being reliable, responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations.· Social Orientation- Job requires preferring to work with others and as a team.· Cooperation- Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.· Candidate must be articulate, have a sense of humor, easygoing but very disciplined. Candidate should be a self-starter.· Commission is based on individuals. The more communication lines built the nicer the commission.· Goals are set and required to be meet.
