Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work with and support the executive team and employees to grow our organization and serve the well-being of the institutions and organizations we serve. We seek a Remote Customer Service Representative with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Essential Job Responsibilities Operational support – invoicing, supplies, scheduling, note taking Demonstrated proficiency in GSUITE, Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Calendar, Zoom Supports internal communications – distribution of newsletters, announcements, and other service area-wide communications Maintaining Calendars Works in a diverse and inclusive environment; includes contact with employees, student interns, customers, and vendors Managing/organizing Gmail and phone systems Coordinating Meetings Scheduling Appointments Preparing Agendas Duties may include more complex administrative activities: managing projects, managing budget, and payroll composing letters and reports, preparing presentations Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications; and may train others Qualifications High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency. Associates or Bachelors preferred. Must understand, read, and follow written instructions and comprehend verbal instructions Must be able to remain calm and be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
