Job Title: Passenger Customer Service Representative – LAX Airport
Location: Los Angeles International Airport, Tom Bradley Terminal
Classification: Non-Exempt
Work hours: 40 hours a week shift – includes weekends and holidays.
Pay: $18.30 per hour
Overview:
A global airline company is now looking for a Customer Service Representative at LAX airport. This position is coordinating passenger service and operations on a daily basis, leading passengers professionally with a great experience. Japanese Bilingual or Passenger service experience is required. 
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent Customer Service for passengers through assisting customers during check-in/luggage check-in, verifying the identification documents, printing boarding tickets, and arranging the seating and meal preferences at the counter and gate before and during boarding.
• Handle Passenger Service Functions including special needs and accommodations- wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors and others.
• Support Supervisors and Managers in ground operations and resolve any complaints such as reservations delays and baggage issues.
• Assist other operational support such as data entry and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Available to work any shifts including weekends and holidays
• Japanese bilingual skill is a plus

• Previous passenger service experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory
