Customer Service Representative

n Seeking a Full-Time motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in the El Segundo/LAX area. We are committed to providing an incredible customer experience. Immediate need for on-boarding ! The right candidate will have an infectious personality and a desire to engage in meaningful conversation with customers and co-workers. You must have the ability to think critically and on-your-feet in the moment, a passion for helping others and a commitment to significantly contributing to the bottom line. n n What You’ll Do : n Research and communicate with existing and prospective customers across the US to learn about their open to buy needs and discuss how West Coast Jewelry can fill those needs. n Engage directly with wholesale customers who contact us for a variety of topics ranging opening new accounts on our website, to helping them find specific items for their store. n Create line sheets as needed for various customers, send quotes for custom products to be produced in our overseas factories to wholesale customers. n Support outside sales representatives by communicating with them on a weekly basis by phone. Learn about what tools they need to support their retailer customers to help WCJ better align with retailer interests. Communicate with sales reps when their accounts place orders with us so they know when the orders are shipping and expected to arive. n Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues. n Go above and beyond to impress our customers and make them want to return and tell all of their friends. We’re searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help customer find the right products, set up their accounts, track down orders and sometimes get creative with solutions n Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy and kindness to external customers and internal customers alike. n Operate with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we get feedback and we operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow. n Help customers over the phone (sometimes other channels as needed) with a variety of topics, primarily using our internal computer software and systems to research solutions and document their accounts, so being detail-oriented is critical. n What You’ll Need: n 3-7 years working in a wholesale fashion environment n Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) n Ability to mult-task (i.e. speak on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) n Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail n Some experience in the fashion world required, hands on trade show experience preferred n Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar graphics program a plus n High school education or equivalent n Critical thinking skills n
