Here at the MELA group we are looking for qualified people to join our ever growing Account Operations team, which works directly with our brand partners in helping run some of their campaigns. We work with all levels from up-and-coming startups, all the way to national and even global level brands and we help them reach their marketing goals and brand initiatives.Your main job would be to help keep our clients at the forefront of their respective industries, making sure things run smoothly and efficiently by using our already established marketing techniques to run campaigns alongside a solid team of brand ambassadors.We will provide all the proper training and materials that are necessary for work.Responsibilities:Work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and Sales Operations Manager to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions.Stay up to date on the industry and competitive trends and regularly report noteworthy news items and opportunities to the sales and marketing teams.Proces internal marketing requests to support the sales team.Keep all company business listings updated as location/data changes arise.Maintain the internal database for our point of sale system and add additional locations.Keeping good customer relations.Contribute to the growth and development of our company on a daily basis.Skills and Must-Haves:Multi-tasking at a very high level.Excellent analytical and presentation skills.Effective balance of strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment.Self-confident and outgoing personality.Detail oriented and organized.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Entrepreneurial attitude matched with the ability to think outside the box.Creative mindset.Knowledge of social media outlets to increase the visibility of the company and the reach of our name.Powered by JazzHR
