Customer Service Representative

Duties:
-Taking 50 – 60 inbound/outbound telephone calls a day.
-Input sales orders, review order status
-Compose and respond to customers/salesreps emails
-Handle claims
-Handle inquiries, assist customers with selection process, resolve customer issues.
– Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:
-High School diploma (some college helpful)
-Excellent Customers Service skills
-Strong Microsoft office (Word/Excel) proficiency
-Clear communication skills (Verbal/Written): professional phone etiquette
-Able to navigate Internet

– With knowledge in Social Media is a plus
– with knowledge in Photoshop is a plus
-E-mail proficiency
-Fast and accurate data entry
-Basic mathematical skills, problem solving and reasoning skills
-Quick learner
-Propensity to Sales
-High attention to detail and follow up
-Able to work well under pressure
-Able to type at least 35 words per minute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour
