Turtle & Hughes is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, CA. This is an on-site position with opportunity for some remote work.
Essential Functions:
- Phone contact with customers
 - Assist with vendor problems
 - Coordinate office billing
 - Use knowledge of electrical products
 - Complete sales and orders and manage payments
 
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
 - Strong customer service skills
 - Pleasant phone demeanor
 - Ability to multi-task
 - Ability to be flexible
 - Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner
