CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in North Hollywood looking for Customer Service Rep. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.  If you feel you qualify please apply.
 
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Rep position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and schedule pickups/drop offs with transporters
  • Print gate passes
  • Take payments transactions
  • Release vehicles to customers
  • Update status on deposits to management
  • Update Inventory status to Sales team
  • Order office supplies
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Basic Office Maintenance
  •  
    To be considered for this Customer Service Rep position, you should:

  • High school degree
  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook is a must
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a fast learner, able to learn computer software system quickly
  • Spanish speaker a plus
