Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, and must be able to professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Reliability and excellent attendance are a must.
Required experience:
2 years’ experience in a professional environment
2 years’ experience in Customer Service
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to type 45 WPM
High School Diploma, 2+ years of college preferred
Remote training and working from home
