Womens Clothing Wholesale Company located in Downtown LA looking for energetic & motivated candidates with strong work ethics to join our customer service team.

Customer Service/ Sales Associate

Job Duties:

– Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest info about other products and services.

– Open customers accounts by recording and updating account information

– Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints & determine the cause of the problem & select and explain the best solution to resolve the problem.

– Obtain & maintain financial info such as credit card information & shipping preferences.

– Contacting and following up customer list

– Effectively manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls

– Generate sales leads

– Provide accurate, valid information to customers

– Will deal with sales via telephone & email

Requirements:

– No Experience Welcome

– Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills

– Must be fluent in English

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effective time management

– Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.

Monday – Friday – 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

*Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
