We answer incoming phone calls for our clients and our desire is to provide a ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
Acting as the first line of response to healthcare customers nationwide, we communicate with an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on servicing each caller with Excellence.
We professionally greet callers, dispatch and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time.
We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people to fill these unique and important positions.We are immediately hiring for In Office positions.Compensation: $15.00 an hourShifts Offered:Full Time (40 hours)Availability to start as early as 6am and as late as 10pmYou will be scheduled to work 4 10 hours hour shifts between these times with paid breaks as well as a 1 hour lunch (unpaid).You must be available to work weekends but may vary depending on your shift.You must be very punctual with great attendance.Training:Training lasts approximately one week.
You will have a set schedule assigned by the end of your training week.Again, we provide INBOUND customer support.
We are NOT an INBOUND or OUTBOUND telemarketing center.Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented.
