Complete health risk assessments
Conduct phone outreach to members
Basic computer and typing skills
MS Office
Knowledge in Excel
Healthcare experience
Someone who is empathetic and caring towards others
Medicaid background is a plus
Background as a medical clerk is a plus
Knowledge of community resources in Wilmington, DE a plus
Someone who is willing to work off hours at times (i.e. until 8PM)
