Customer Service Data Entry (Work Remotely)

Hello!

Our client is a major distribution company that specializes in shipping and marketing dietary supplements and wellness products for prominent brands scattered throughout the United States.

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join and aid our client’s main operation, located in Chatsworth CA.

This is one of our most stable positions.

As the Customer Service Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for speaking with customers and answering any inquiries they have via email conversations.

You will be properly trained on all products, as well as how to utilize our client’s system.
This is a remote position.

Our client will provide the equipment themselves, so you do not need your own set-up to do this position.
This is a full time, temp to hire position.

First shift, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Please keep in mind that the weekly schedules can change dependent on customer demand.

You will find yourself working on weekends.
Finally, our client does offer lucrative benefits and you are encouraged to work Overtime if you wish.

This is what we are looking for:
You have at least 6 months of recent working history (Working, Volunteering or Attending School) You have valid documentation to prove your right to work in the USA You are open to working in Customer Service You know how to type.

Our client requires you to type at least 43 WPM or higher You are open to working remotely.

You can understand instructions You are tech savvy.

That does help.

As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
