The Videoamp Revenue organization is focused on driving revenue for the company through value based client relationships. The Client Success Manager provides business critical insights using analytics, manages the existing client relationships, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward through flawless execution. We partner across the organization on closing the gap between strategy and execution to deliver an incredible client experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, revenue driven individual with strong qualitative skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills. The Client Service Manager puts people first, is comfortable with clients & excels through strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to build relationships.

You are passionate about all things data and tech, and have extensive knowledge of the digital space. You are accomplished in the areas of execution and implementation and you are ready to support the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a great customer experience by setting client expectations & effective oral and written communication
  • Drive client value through customer centric problem solving and outcomes
  • Increase Retention by exhibiting excellent customer service and through great experiences
  • Grow live business through expansion into the solutions suite & adoption of applications that deliver client value leveraging quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Responsible for managing the pre-sale proposal process (proposal & strategy creation) & executing, maintaining, and growing existing client relationships (reporting, client deliverables, client engagement)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years interactive online media planning & buying or account management in the ad tech industry with a managed or self-service DSP. Video specific background preferred
  • Expertise managing campaigns of different sizes and goals in major DSPs, or working with SSPs on publisher’s side. Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
  • Ad Agency, DSP or in-house Brand Marketing experience a plus
  • Previous direct client account management
  • Strong experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and autonomous individual with a experience in customer success or relations; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
