The Client Services Associate reports to the VP Client Services and supports the Client Services team by administering the Onboarding process, producing, and analyzing operating data, tracking resident issues to resolution, and assisting or responding to client inquires.
The Client Services Associate communicates cross-functionally to assist the Client Services Manager in resolving resident, client, and other operating issues.
The Client Services Associate assists with the development of new business relationships and serves as the first level of support to existing clients.
Works independently with general supervision.
Problems faced are challenging and may be moderately complex.
Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
Responsibilities:
Plans and administers portfolio/property onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and processing client information critical to the setup and management of operations by internal functions.
This includes, for example, the collection, review and processing of the following: owner formation documents for property management agreements and other Legal requirements; asset data tapes for systems integration; unit/rent matrices for pricing; utility provider details for builder-owner account transfer; W-9s for trust account setup; construction drawings and plat maps for Maintenance, Field and Recurring Services; content, line drawings, photographs and other collateral for Marketing; builder warranty agreements;, subcontractor lists and contacts for setup of warranty service: account setup/access to third-party warranty service platforms.
Analyzes and reports on performance data and operating metrics for the Client Services Manager, VP-Client Services, and the Client Services function.
Produces ad-hoc reports to assist in the evaluation of portfolio/property performance.
Presents results and findings to the Client Services Manager and team.
Identifies challenges and opportunities with operating systems, reporting requirements and property performance through data analysis and cross-functional communication.
Monitors and audits operating platforms such as CRM, Rently, Zillow and related platforms or providers for data accuracy.
Compiles reports and other information for recurring client meetings.
Attends and contributes to meetings for assigned portfolios as directed by the Client Services Manager.
Creates and develops valued relationships with client support personnel.
Provides the best quality service experience for retention and growth.
Communicates and responds to clients’ questions or concerns in a timely manner, as directed by the Client Services Manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, and / or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 year of experience in Client Services, Property Management, Real Estate, and/or related field.
Active RE license preferred
PC skills – MS Office environment, Dynamics 365, Yardi
Strong analytical skills

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy.
For employees in Colorado only, the anticipated range is $67,050 to $87,150.
Actual starting base salary will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience.
The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses.
The above wage range is the Company’s current good faith expectation for this position.
The actual amount paid and/or offered may be less or more than this range and will be based on factors including geographic location, education, training, or experience related to the work, seniority, merit, quantity and or quality of the work.
