Job Title: Call Center Service Representative
Duration: 3+mos
Location: 3100 Thornton Ave. Burbank CA 91504

*REMOTE-Candidates must be local to the Burbank area*

Work Shift: M-F 9:00am-5:30pm

Education:
High School Diploma Required, College courses preferred

Requirements:
1+yrs of Call Center/Customer Service
Longevity with past employment
Ability to display empathy

Experience Preferred:
Experience in Healthcare Industry
Medi-cal Insurance knowledge
Any 2nd language strongly preferred
Experience with heavy phone volume

Excellent communication skills
