Call Center Project Manager

Patient Access Center PM Role 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience Must have a solid technical project management background Proven Call Center Access Center implementation experience Experience around workflows as it pertains to call center operations and customer transitions Demonstrated knowledge of the Agile project management methodology Telecom infrastructure upgradeimplementation experience preferred Experience with CRM software and integrations with telephony and clinical software solutions Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud strongly preferred Experience with budgeting, analysis, and common project management tools Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, business, andor technology Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional technical, business, and clinical teams Ability to effectively manage multiple vendors within a complex project and competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail Strong documentationartifacts management skills PMP preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of PMP
