Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience.* Must have 3+ years of healthcare experience in a Medicaid managed care setting* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project (ability to create and edit MPP files) and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, copy, send and save presentations)* Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas that provides information privacy* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)* Residing in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection (additional information on UnitedHealth Group approved internet providers and restrictions will be provided)* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
