Call Center Associate

Hello everyone!

Our client is a major name in providing physician services, as well as insurance verification and dispatching services to hospitals, clinics and self-help centers throughout the United States. We are seeking bright and energetic Call Center Associates to join our client’s main call center, located in the city of West Hills.

As the Call Center associate, you will receive calls from prospective patients and schedule them in for doctor’s appointments. You would gather their insurance information and then send that information to their main office, also in West Hills.

Our client has multiple shifts open. You have the free ability to choose which shift works best for you.

  • Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (1:30 pm – 10 pm)
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday (1:30 pm – 10 pm)
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Sunday is from 5 am to 1:30 pm, Weekdays are from 1:30 pm to 10 pm).

If you do well, there is a possibility of growth. If you are looking to get into Medical Billing as a career, doing well here is a good stepping stone for it.

Job Requirements:

This is what we are looking for in candidates:

  • You are open to CSR work, preferably you have worked in a Call Center before
  • You speak well on the phone
  • You are able to work the schedules listed above
  • You are organized and can keep up with the required workload.
  • You can handle a fast paced work environment
