Additionally, the company recently received capital from a private equity firm that is looking to further scale operations.
This individual will be tasked with managing the sales coaches and sales representatives, running the operations of the call center, and driving the decision making and sales processes for the center.

We are seeking a manager who will be a culture carrier for the new center.Responsibilities:Oversee sales for the call center, including:Monitor key metrics and achieve / exceed sales goalsCreate initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the call centerEmphasize best in class culture that continues to make Park View an employer of choiceWork with sales coaches to prepare and update excellent calling scriptsTrain, motivate and develop staff to hit sales targetsEnsure legal compliance with sales representativesWork with recruiter to reach staffing and sales goalsQualifications:2+ years’ experience in a sales coach/supervisory role within a sales-driven (not customer service) call center environment is requiredor consumer finance is preferredTrack record of achieving / exceeding sales revenue targetsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook, and CRM experienceIf interested and qualified, please respond with your resume or list of previous work experience and contact information.
