International Language Account Associate – – VXI Global Solutions

Location : Los Angeles, California
Language : Bi-lingual: Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese & Korean
Position : Inbound Customer Care / Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Pay Rate : $ 15.75 + bi-weekly bonus + incentives, Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan, plus discounted subscription services!

Essential Functions:
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues by responding to inbound call inquiries (billing, technical troubleshooting, account changes)
•Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of customer needs and desired out-comes
•Ask questions and actively listen for responses for the purpose of validating data and solving customer problems
• Work in a fast pace, changing environment

Qualifications:
•Proficient in English and one other language requirement (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese & Korean)
•High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service and or sales experience with basic understanding of TV and Internet
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type 30 WPM minimum with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable phone etiquette
• Ability to Pass 7 year Background Check and Verification of US Employment Eligibility
