We seek an MSP IT Support Engineer – Azure & Windows to join one of our Managed Services Providers in Los Angeles, CA.
The MSP IT Support Engineer – Azure & Windows candidate will provide a mix of onsite and remote support through Los Angeles.
The MSP IT Support Engineer – Azure & Windows will deliver White Glove experience to clients and perform the highest performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission-critical systems and infrastructure.
The MSP IT Support Engineer – Azure & Windows candidate will play a crucial role in handling escalated issues onsite and remotely.
The MSP IT Support Engineer – Azure & Windows MUST have MSP experience and be technically knowledgeable in O365 and Azure environments.
The candidate should also understand basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, IP Troubleshooting, DFS, etc.
The Managed Service Provider Support Engineer will identify methods, solutions and provide a high level of service to all clientele.
- Experience with AD management (create/modify users, groups, and GPOs)
- 2+ YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience with Azure or AWS (Cloud)
- Experience with O365 and knowledge of licensing
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019 OS
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Hyper-V / VMWare experience
- Examples of proper time detailing/documenting in ticketing systems (ConnectWise)
- Firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks
- PowerShell is a plus
