Application Support Analyst
Location: US West Coast (PST or MST timezone), home based
Rate: $25-30ph dependent on experience
Duration: Initial 6 month contract.
May be extended or become permanent.

What’s the job?
You will be part of the Support team, responding to support requests from our customer’s end users.
The role will involve interaction with customers via several support channels including our support portal, phone, Teams, Chat and email.
As well as responding to customer support requests you may be required to assist with delivery of managed service requests, so this will suit a person who is keen to develop their technical skills and possibly traverse into a consulting role.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have:
At least 1 year’s previous experience supporting an ERP application such as SAP, MS Dynamics AX, Oracle Netsuite, Infor, Navision, IFS, Epicor, SAGE etc or similar business application such as CRM, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain system.
Technical skills: SQL
Be willing to learn fast and get under the hood to resolve problems
Be able to collaborate with the rest of the organisation to deliver a successful and timely response to customer support requests.
A good degree in a relevant subject
At least 1 years’ of experience providing technical support for enterprise applications, ideally in an external-facing role.
Excellent client facing, presentation and relationship building skills
Be willing to travel to our offices in South Carolina or London, particularly in the first few weeks and thereafter on an occasional basis (at least quarterly).
Desirable/Nice to have:
Experience with Project and Portfolio Management, ERP, Financial or CRM based tools
Data analysis and data visualisation techniques to present information
PMO Analyst / Project Management experience
