Ajilon: Insurance Health Benefits Call Center Rep (Onsite)

Job Description Ajilon is seeking an Insurance Health Benefits Call Center Rep for their client in West Hills.

This is a full-time onsite position M-F.

Responsibilities: Works directly with health plan carriers to process enrollments, terminations, changes and to resolve errors, discrepancies, and claim disputes Reviews audits, and reconciles monthly invoices from health plan carriers Responsible for the efficient processing of benefit data Acts as a liaison between all plan carriers and employee benefits Process employee and dependent claims Assists with daily tasks, as required, and follows through to ensure deadlines are met Requirements: 1-year experience with medical insurance benefits in a call center setting Ability to meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high demand work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Company Description At Ajilon, we are a leader in temporary and permanent recruitment and the placement of top talent.
