A $35 billion company, AISIN is the largest manufacturer of automatic transmissions in the world and employs more than 120,000 team members at 216 consolidated companies.Chances are, the vehicle you’re riding in is equipped with an Aisin product.Position ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:Desktop/desk side support in line with business applications and processes.Troubleshooting and escalating user endpoint issues to vendors when necessary.Troubleshoot Endpoint issues up to and including data link layer of the OSI model.Support adherence to Endpoint policies and procedures.

Maintain existing Endpoint related documentation.Maintain existing client related process documentation.Conduct Infrastructure related training to local users as needed.

Secure Endpoints by maintaining Anti-virus, EDR, etc.

agents, monitoring, control and evaluation based on corporate security Ensure appropriate Endpoint configuration backups occur as required.Build desktop and mobile devices according to company requirements using existing tools, images, etc.Provide technology support for conferencing tools and ensure the ready availability of meeting room resources such as presentation software and audiovisual systems.Other tasks and duties as needed.Required Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of IT infrastructure including Microsoft operating systems.Microsoft Office 365 and Desktop managed workplace technologies & related end user productivity tools.Effective problem solving and quick resolution of Endpoint and networking issues.Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks, projects, etc.

to maintain a high productivity level.Beneficial Skills and ExperienceExperience as a Project resource desired.Self-starter who can execute tasks with minimal oversight.Education/Training/CertificationsS.

degree in IT related field.

Equivalent experience will be considered.

Technology, ITIL, Microsoft, etc., specific certifications desired.
