Account Manager/Client Services

Dial800 is a stable and growing Los Angeles (Westside) based marketing optimization company.

We were founded in 1989 but have recently reinvented ourselves and are rapidly growing.

Our core product offering is based around our acclaimed call tracking Software-as-a-Service.

We have a great team, exceptional esprit de corps, and are looking for someone to provide extraordinary, proactive service to our clients in the Account Manager/Client Services (Concierge Specialist) role within Dial800.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.

Assisting/leading the clients through the setup process including collecting routing specs and leading the training session on our call tracking software system.
2.

Act as a “go to” person when issues arise (internally and externally).
3.

Offering tireless support to our clients by troubleshooting, providing information and fulfilling requests.

This includes being able to triage, incorporating a high sense of urgency and knowledge of prioritizing issues.
4.

Finding ways to recommend new solutions to solve problems, and always be ready to take care of not only the customers, but the company as well.
5.

Knowing our products and services so well so that recommendations for upsells and account changes can be made.
6.

Following all protocols, processes and procedures and being a constant ambassador of our company.
7.

Building and nurturing relationships with clients at every level in the corporate hierarchy, from Assistant’s to the CEO.
8.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To be considered, you must be a United States Citizen or have a Green Card.

BA degree preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of accounts management experience.

Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to work well with other staff members, clients, vendors, and the public.

Additionally, you should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, and be looking for a long term position.

The more responsibility you can handle, the more responsibility and independence will be showered upon you.
