Corrugated company seeks Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities/Duties:Responsible for processing orders, communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships supporting Sales, Manufacturing and shipping operations.* Receive customer orders, entering data and billing adjustments* Processes and place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials* Maintains customer records by updating account information* Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions* Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer dataRequirements:* Experience working in a manufacturing environment* Data Entry* Experience in the corrugated box industry* Detailed Oriented* High School Diploma or GEDApply Today!The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
