Hire Resolve is seeking a Sr.
Construction Superintendent for a very reputable construction firm in Los Angeles, CA!
This candidate must have extensive experience on new construction of luxury apartments and mix-use projects.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Creating, maintaining and executing the project plan and schedule and ensures compliance with budget, supervise and coordinate all construction activities, obtaining necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, and owners, as well as advising senior management of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving such conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year college diploma in a construction-related field
10+ years of related experience
Ability to schedule, monitor and forecast resources for optimum efficiency
Ability to apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges
Experience working on luxury apartment s and mix-use projects
Local project experience is preferred
