TIELLO has partnered with a highly respected Emergency Restoration Contractor in the Los Angeles Area looking to grow. They are on the search for a Restoration Project Manager focused on Water and Mold Restoration to grow with the company.
Job Title: Project Manager – Restoration
Project Types: Restoration, Emergency, Water, Mold, Commercial, Residential
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to perform all essential Water and Mold Damage Restoration Project Manager/Estimator job responsibilities
- Experience and comfort performing Water and Mold Damage Technician and Demolition responsibilities
- Active driver’s license, and ability to drive between multiple job sites, as required
- Maintain the project schedule and budget
- Manage manpower on each job site
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with all parties involved
- Manage project deliverables
- Oversee technicians and crews on a daily basis
Skills & Qualification:
- 3+ years experience in emergency restoration work on commercial and residential structures, due to water and mold damage
- IICRC WRT Certification Required
- Active Driver’s license and ability to drive between job sites as needed
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
- Clear understanding of the demolition process
- Ability to oversee manpower on the job sites
