Lead Carpenter Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Residential/Commercial carpenter, single family home experience preferred Proven ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results A strong skillset in troubleshooting, and performing repairs on high-end homes Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers and project managers Ability to take initiative and seek responsibility Ability to foster positive relationships
