We currently have full time and part time to full time positions available.Overview: The Station Tech 1 employee is a member of the Manufacturing production team responsible for assisting with overall and station manufacturing assembly.

You will use your experience and training to support the production of quality structures according to standards and timelines.Primary Responsibilities: Prepare completed modules for storage and/or delivery.Assist with receiving process.Assist with inventory management.Enter material information into ERP system.Recommend improvements that might increase production, streamline processes, and lower costs.Adhere to and enforce safety best practices, policies, and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Key Skills and Attributes: Knowledge of material identification, tool utilization and equipment set-up and maintenance.General knowledge of manufacturing or construction operations.Ability to do basic math and square footage and weight calculations if required.Ability to communicate effectively, to a variety of audiences.Any experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Painting, Framing, Iron Works or general construction is preferred.Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience and metal fabrication highly preferred.High School Diploma or GED.Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work standing up a minimum of 8 hours per work day.Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, pick, pinch, grasp, feel, and perform repetitive motion.Use of grinders, torches, plasma cutters, saws, and drills.Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Close visual acuity to perform and activity such as: visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.Visual acuity to operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.Subject to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, vibration, hazards, and atmospheric conditions.Function in narrow aisles or passageways.Our company and its entities, and subsidiaries do not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, ancestry, age, employment status, disability or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by federal, state or local laws.
