Title: Project Manager – Construction
Location: Los Angeles
Salary: $120,000-130,000
My client is currently looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join their team. Ideal candidates will come from the fitness, lifestyle or hospitality industry and have an impressive brand / experience portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support for all projects within your remit
- Ideal candidates will be well experienced creating complex construction budgets and know how to lead, motivate and empower winning teams
- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure you are working with the best products and services
- This role will have some travel throughout the US however, it also has the flexibility of working from home
Key Requirements:
- Extensive PM experience including working within budgets and timelines
- Engineering or similar relevant degree
- Solid man management experience including creative ways to motivate and lead your team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
