POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting our project team on smaller, less complex projects.
What you’ll do: You’ll work with amazingly talented project managers and peers who understand how to deliver successful and high quality MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) projects.
You’ll estimate the impact of project changes and provide information to applicable management.
You’ll manage change orders.
Ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
You’ll procure equipment and materials and services; and participate in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
You’ll help us stay current on emerging trends in the construction industry.
Analyze and resolve basic questions and problems as needed.
What you’ll need to be successful: Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience working for a mechanical contractor Entry-level position Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings Basic verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel What you bring to the table: A strong work ethic, a passion for MEP construction and a desire to learn and grow.
