Overview: $1,000 Sign on bonus after 30 days of employment FSBP a leading international manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive product portfolio for commercial building performance solutions, is currently looking for skilled Machine Operators to work out of our Anoka, MN facility.
This is a full-time 1st shift position, M-F 6:30am-2:30pm.
Responsibilities: Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Ability to enter in required information / program machine for operation.Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template.Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with die or blade.Operates controls which may include levers, switches, buttons, pedals, etc., to activate machines.Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.Measures work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from work piece.Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work pieces.Assists other machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.Can perform basic Personal Computer skills so they can enter in labor and perform inventory adjustments.Can use material handling equipment to move materials when required.Cleans work area, machines, and equipment; assists team members as needed.

Qualifications: High School DiplomaMinimum 1 year Machine Operator ExperienceAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
