We need you to go out and assess failed structural situations.We have HOT leads, our in-house customer service department will schedule and make all your appointments for you.You will be investigating, diagnosing and recommending solutions for failed foundations, structural retrofitting, soft story retrofits and other structural repairs.You will be responsible for providing bids for contracts of work, and hitting a quota of projects sold.Hands on construction experience is required.You will be trained in our structural specialties regarding foundations, structural upgrades and soft story retrofitting that we have been delivering for almost 30 years.Alpha Structural, Inc is a General Engineering Contractor with in-house Structural Engineers and CAD Drafting, Permitting Departments and 30 experienced in-house crews to deliver the structural construction solutions.Bright and energetic, with excellent communication and people skills.MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT PROPERTIES INCLUDING UNDER-HOUSE CRAWL SPACES.Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.We are looking for competent, enthusiastic people to join our team.Job Types: Full-time, CommissionPay: over $100k per yearCOVID-19 considerations:We have a company protocol to keep everyone safe during COVID-19.Alpha Structural is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sex, ancestry, citizenship status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or military status.Job Type: Full-timePay: $112,000.00
