Our stable and growing client is currently seeking 2 Senior Superintendents near Ventura & Santa Barbara for Luxury Custom homes.
Job Requirements
- Luxury Custom Homebuilding Construction Superintendent Experience: 5+ years
- Field work experience with multiple construction trades, including framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete, grading, finish, etc
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites
- The ability to prepare work schedule and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- The ability to read and interpret plan drawings and make sure project is built according to plans
- Quality control – conduct inspections of products and services to ensure they meet quality standards
- Financial control – manage financial resources allocated to a project and accounts for expenditures and ensure project is completed within budget
