Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Must be local to the Los Angeles area
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent
- Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience
- Must be able to forecast and monitor costs of the project
- Must understand construction methods and scheduling
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Computer literate in G Suite, Email, and MS Project/Omniplan
- Proficient in Procore Construction Management software is preferred
- Considerable knowledge of all construction tools, machinery methods, and procedures
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Must demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills
- Scheduling / completing city inspections
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards
- Has reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
