Construction Superintendent

Golden Coast Contracting Group, Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded and insured construction company supporting commercial and residential projects throughout California. We are looking to further expand our team in Southern California.

Job Description

A full-time position available as a Working Construction Superintendent.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, self-starter, with a positive, can do attitude.

Must have:
Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in Commercial/Restaurant/Tenant Improvement.

***MUST BE HANDS ON***
Strong Project Management Skills
Must be able to read plans and do take-offs
Experience obtaining vendor and sub estimates
Excellent and effective communications skills
Be able to oversee projects from start to finish
Coordinate and supervise all sub-trades
Creating schedules, RFI, Change Order Requests
Time management and organizational skills

This is a working Superintendent position, there may be hands on in multiple trades that will be required of you.

Requirements:
Valid CA driver’s license
