Due to increasingly rapid and dynamic growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring for a Construction Project Managerto service our Los Angeles and Orange County markets.

What You Will Be Doing
Following is a general job description of a Construction Project Manager, intended to generally describe the nature and scope of work performed by Construction Project Managers in general:
GENERIC: Oversees and directs all phases of a construction project.
Designs and implements project plans.
Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling.
Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
Typically reports to a unit/department manager, as appropriate.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Has authority for personnel actions.
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
What You Need for this Position
-3-4 years experience working in the metal stud industry as a project manager
-Ability to read projects and do takeoffs
-Ability to build a budget / RFIS / change orders / put together a schedule of values
-Experience utilizing spreadsheet and/or Quickbids
