Construction Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Traveling up to 30% Assisting in developing the preliminary programming/scope for the project Generating and monitoring project budgets and schedules Reviewing all lease and landlord site regulations as they apply to program Maintaining a project file for all correspondence, transmittals, emails, etc. Managing and/or generating site visit surveys with vendors Assisting in assembling consultant(s) and contractor(s) for the project Fostering internal and external team meetings to ensure project success during each phase of the project Reviewing design and deliverable package progress during each phase of the project, including coordinating all local building and ADA codes or regulations Coordinating and reviewing all final information and drawings with all consultants and vendors Assisting design team in developing and generating details to ensure constructability of the design Reviewing and red-lining construction drawings Coordinating and reviewing all final ALO / landlord information with contractor Managing bidding and awarding process with contractors/vendors Managing construction administration process with all contractor information coordinated and shared with ALO via site visits, meeting minutes and/or photo documentation Generating contractor(s) punch lists and monitoring their completion Obtaining all final project closeout and lien waivers Supporting Operations during store turnover to open Produce AP purchase orders Qualifications and Experience / Background

Construction Management 10-12+ years industry experience Understanding of Building codes and practices/Ability to read building plans Attention to detail Previous experience administration experience Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of basic travel, accommodation and expense procedures Understanding of the fundamental budgeting processes and controls Strong administration/organizational / interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly and polite disposition and phone manner Ability to prioritize workload, ability to work to deadlines Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player High level of attention to detail Ability to be open minded and receptive to change Analyze options and apply solutions

The Base Salary Range for this position is $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
