About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, organized, and highly personable professional who is driven to build relationships and help create new business opportunities.

During this period of corporate growth, the person filling this position will be required to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This candidate will work closely with management, accounting, project and construction staff, customers and vendors.

This candidate must communicate with all levels of management and non-management personnel in a professional and responsive manner.

The Operations Project Executive is responsible for effective planning and overall supervision of the construction operations team, as well as communicating with the United Dwelling Corporate and United Dwelling Construction Executive teams to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth reviews of the operations of all projects to ensure the successful completion of each project on time and within budget.

Help project managers and engineers arrange, analyze and schedule projects for sharable reports.

Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable.

Responsible for leadership, management, and oversight of the construction team and all functions related to construction.

This includes employees, equipment, materials, processes, innovation, and automation.

Additionally, supporting construction projects on multiple sites.

Use past knowledge, experience and instincts to identify areas of potential problems ahead off issues proactively.

Analyze, understand and use logical reasoning to identify problems, and to provide leadership with the needed productivity data for decision making.

Find solutions to difficult and challenging problems using experience and knowledge.

Implement new solutions resulting in measurable success and effectiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of seven years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Thorough knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles, and techniques, as well as accounting principles.

Exceptional communication skills Good analytical and organizational skills Possess positive leadership ability Ability to be proactive and to foresee events and react appropriately Ability to multi-task and strategize in different situations Team oriented and goal driven.

Experience with Procore Construction Software is preferred, but not required .
